To air on BBC2, ‘Service’ is an eight-part series fronted by Michel Roux, Jr. to be shown twice a week for four weeks beginning Jan 9. The series hopes to do for front-of-house restaurant staff what Jamie Oliver did for chefs. TfW contributed to service staff attire, reshaping their ready made uniforms.
